Yesterday I gave the first class of the course English with Movies at UnG - Universidade de Guarulhos, at the downtown campus - Shopping Light. It was great! There were 12 students and they all enjoyed the 3 movie activities I proposed. Well, actually it's much easier to teach when students are willing to learn, and the ones who take voluntary part in a "summer course" are definitely motivated.
We still have classes tomorrow and on Friday, and I'm planning to show 8 or 9 movies more. If you are interested in attending this course some other time, contact me!
